The story
Dr. Mandy Q. Ngo, DC has been adjusting spines, treating accident victims, and explaining MRIs in plain English for 18 years in Houston. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic and has held an active license since 2008. She runs two clinics — Transhealth Clinic on Bellaire Blvd. and Transhealth Clinic Southside on Broadway — and treats patients in English, Vietnamese, and through bilingual staff in Spanish.
How "Dr. Ngo it all" started
It started as a patient joke. Someone hurt in a car wreck came in convinced their pain was just a sore muscle. Dr. Ngo asked three questions, ran her hands down their spine, and called the disc problem before the MRI confirmed it. The patient said, "Doc, you Ngo it all, don't you?" The name stuck. Now it's on the door.

Her approach
Most chiropractors will adjust you and book you for next week. Dr. Ngo wants to know what's actually wrong before she touches you. That means a real history, a real exam, and — when it matters — real imaging. Then she tells you what she found, in words that make sense, and walks you through your options.
If chiropractic care is the right fit, you start. If something else is needed first, she'll say so and refer you. Either way, you leave knowing what's going on with your body.
