We accept most major insurance, work with personal injury attorneys, take workers' comp, and offer transparent cash pricing for self-pay patients.
What we accept
Health insurance
Most major plans accepted including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, and many regional plans. We verify your specific benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.
Medicare
We accept Medicare for chiropractic care. Medicare covers manual manipulation of the spine for subluxation but does not cover other services like X-rays or therapeutic modalities — we'll explain what's covered and what isn't before you start.
Auto insurance Med Pay
If you were in a car accident, your own auto policy's medical payments coverage (Med Pay) typically covers chiropractic care up to your policy limit. We can bill Med Pay directly. This is often the fastest way to get treatment after an accident without involving the at-fault driver's insurance.
Letters of Protection (LOP)
For personal injury cases with attorney representation, we accept Letters of Protection. You pay nothing out of pocket — your attorney guarantees payment from your settlement at the end of the case. We work with most Houston PI attorneys and can refer you if you don't have one.
Workers' compensation
We accept Texas workers' comp and handle the paperwork directly with your employer's carrier. If you were injured at work, we coordinate with the insurance adjuster, your employer, and any case manager involved. You focus on recovery; we handle the bureaucracy.
Self-pay & cash
No insurance? We offer transparent cash pricing for every service. New patient consultation, examination, adjustments, decompression, soft tissue work — all clearly priced. Treatment packages reduce per-visit cost for patients needing a full course of care. We'll quote your treatment plan in writing before you start.
HSA/FSA accepted
Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts can be used to pay for chiropractic care. We provide receipts with proper documentation for reimbursement.
Payment plans
For self-pay patients with significant treatment needs, we offer in-house payment plans to spread the cost over the treatment period. Ask us about this on your first visit.
What we don't do
We don't surprise-bill. We don't pad treatment plans to inflate insurance claims. We don't keep patients coming when they're not improving. We don't charge for services we didn't provide. We don't bill cash patients for services that should be free, like a brief check-in if you're already in active treatment.
How verification works
When you call to schedule your first visit, give us your insurance information. We'll verify benefits before you come in and tell you specifically: what's covered, what your copay or coinsurance will be, whether you need a referral, what your remaining deductible is, and any limits on visits per year.
You'll know what to expect financially before you walk in.
Personal injury or accident case? Don't worry about insurance until your first visit. We'll figure out the right path together — whether that's Med Pay, LOP, health insurance, or some combination. Most accident patients pay nothing out of pocket.
