Why we link out to Google instead of pasting reviews here
Lots of healthcare websites display testimonials that look like patient reviews but aren't really verifiable. We don't do that. Real reviews live on Google, where they're harder to fake, easier to trust, and visible alongside any honest criticism.

How we handle negative reviews
We don't try to remove honest negative reviews. If someone had a bad experience and writes about it truthfully, that's information other patients deserve to see. What we do: respond publicly with our perspective, reach out privately if there's a real issue to resolve, and use the feedback to improve.
If a review is clearly fake or violates Google's policies, we report it through Google's process. But we never try to suppress real criticism.
